What about for the entire summation of his brief career? PER 8.6 career and 9.2 on the Bucks for two seasons. It's been 6 games, give the player still on the rookie contract a few more games before writing him off completely. If he still sucks, hopefully Bev will be back later this month.

How Johnny Flynn of you. Shawn Livingston says "hi".

What's your point? Did Flynn set us back? How many teams did Livingston play for before he conveniently blossomed on the best team in the NBA?

If you are a risk averse person, that's fine, just say so.

Between Tyler Ennis and Corey Brewer, one could argue that the Rockets have two of the...say...15 worst players in the NBA as rotational players for their team. I am a Morey fan, but...man....

I already told you the result, when he replaces Harden we don't get destroyed, you can't say the same thing with Bobby Brown and Brewer.

I'm not glorifying Ennis by any means but like what I said until we can get a better backup he's the best option we have now backing Harden. +/- is only a measure of how your team outscores the opponent when you are not there, since he replaces Harden what do you think his +/- will be?

My point is, get ANY pg from any team, he will probably out-perform Ennis.
+/- measures how your team outscores the opponent when you are ON the court. Has nothing to do with replacing Harden. When Ennis is on, Rockets get out-scored almost every time during those minutes. Spurs out scored Rockets by 11 points during his 7 mins today.

He doesn't even help us offensively because he's not a threat. and he's also bad defensively. I can't wait for this scrub to be send down to the d league once bev is back.

But if you actually watched basketball games, you'd know this isn't true, Rockets are rarely unable to keep the lead when Harden sits, that's why Ennis is getting consistent PT. His stats indicate he is really horrible, but if the guy is this bad then he should've caused the Rox to lose games and he would've been benched just like Brown.

I hope Daryl shuffles those back-end guys relatively soon. We are wasting D'Antoni's valuable ability to make mediocre PGs look fantastic for asset management.

We NEED to pick up Grevis Vasquez right now. Would be an excellent addition to the bench who could help us starting in a few weeks. Fits this offense I think.

I hate to agree, but can't wait for Beverly to get back. It is hard to fathom that with all the time and coaches available that neither him nor Brewer can make wide open threes. He has the ability to finish at the rim but rarely uses it against smaller PG's (He did punish Patty Mills once). Once he enters the game, we watch our leads evaporate. Hurry Bev...

    Tyler Anus, Corey Sewer

Two guys who should be in the D League at best getting about 30 + minutes combined. What a shame.

Could be, but your expectations for a third string PG seem a little high.

You think that is the primary reason Ennis is getting minutes?

These are some of the previous 3rd string PGs during Morey's tenure:

    Kyle Lowry
    Goran Dragic
    Toney Douglas
    Jeremy Lin
    Shaun Livingston
    Aaron Brooks
    Pat Beverley
    Jason Terry

So yes, my expectations are very high. So should yours.

Out of that list only Lowry(really, really good) and Dragic(not sure I can call him very good but for argument sake will anyway) amounted to very good players. Brooks because of the injury against the Spurs all those years back was never the same. In his prime he was a beast.
