Well, Dirk is playing like an ass right now (12ppg on 36 FG%, 29 3PT%) and he's also an terrible defender. I'm not so sure whether Dirk is a plus player for that team anymore. And to be fair they've lost to the Pacers, Jazz, and Trailblazers, which are all very solid teams. If you ask me, my prediction would have been 1-4 for Dallas as of now, and that 1 win actually should've been against us.

Its too early in the season for this huge outcry of disappointment. This team will still live and die by the 3 while playing marginal defense. The reason we won so many games 2 seasons removed was because we were a team more committed to playing defense. It's still refreshing to see Harden not only playing iso ball and the team running real offensive plays. It doesn't always look like they're playing "disorganized street basketball". Which I think is going to be pretty important to build on once the playoffs start.

Not considering money. Rockets' leadership on the court and off is too weak to handle Dwight's weak self. He needs special attention. James too, but he performs mostly.

 

It's just frustrating when the owner refuses to do a proper rebuild. This team has zero chance to be a contender over the next few seasons. I would rather watch young players develop, than watch overpaid vets breakdown. I'm already looking forward to MLB and the Astros in 2017. I have little interest in watching to see if the Rockets can capture that 8th seed in the West.

And that has what to do with rebuilding? I don't think anyone likes th MDA hire. The point is this team will always try to "win now" as long as #13 is on the team. There will be no not trying tonnage the playoffs or tanking for draft position.
