This organization is going nowhere until the owner dies. You hire a GM, let him use the draft to rebuild and let him hire a head coach that shares a common philosophy/identity/goal. What you don't do is hire a GM; tell him he cannot rebuild; tell the GM who to hire as the head coach and then go rogue and hire your crush to be head coach. This isn't getting better anytime soon. When Harden wants to leave (and he will) and when the GM finally decides he has an ounce of pride and goes to another organization; I won't blame them one bit. Even as a fan I don't want to be involved with this dysfunctional organization.... I cannot imagine being Harden or Morey.

Getting healthy is key. Bev, Tyson, Ariza, KJ and DMo supply us with some decent 1 vs 1 defense as well as good team D. This team will look a lot better with Bev back and an interior defensive presence/rebounder in Chandler. DMo will provide nice team defense and proper boxing out as well. That team is an 8-5th seed with a first round exit
