A definite possibility. If Clintonistas are too confident and don't feel they have to vote because its in the bag, Trump could make it close. But we don't know that the Clinton supporters won't be out in full force.

    Are you denying it?

Every election, liberals scream about the racist right and the KKK supporters.

And the very next day after an election, Democrats go silent on these racial allegations for the next 3 1/2 years.

Compared to what? To a guy that's said he wants to ban Muslims? You really think that plays well to other minority groups?

But apparently you are not a minority, maybe you should ask them how they feel about the election? You one time asked why do blacks vote democrat and I told you, just look up the southern strategy you'll find out why. Quickly. The republican party has done little, they barely campaign for minorities. Why would people vote for a party that thinks their vote isn't worth campaigning for or fighting for?

And every election Republicans don't care either way, near 0 effort towards any minority outreach.

But once again we have a conservative blaming their lack of minority support on minorities, instead of looking in the mirror and wondering if there is something foul among their party that they should jettison. Just say that it is because of race baiting, pandering, or I guess minorities just don't know any better. It's very insulting.

You appear to have no clue what odds mean.

Give Nate Silver a six sided dice and ask him the odds of rolling a 1 or 2. He would say 1 in 3.

Ask him before the roll whether or not he would roll a 1 or 2 and he would say he does not know.

Nate Silver's current model forecast gives Trump about a 1 in 3 chance of winning.

I am not sure why you refer to them as Clinton supporters. The vast majority are voting against the other party.

The vast majority of energized voters went early. There is an estimate of 40% of likely voters have already voted. There is a huge swath who are dreading to show up because they are not sure who to vote for. This does not bode well for Clinton, especially with threats of terrorist attacks. If intercity has significant lines, people are just going to go home.

I think Trump will do better than expect. If Trump loses, I imagine it will be less than 2%.

It seems like you have a disconnect at why minorities tend to vote Democrat. They vote Democrat because Democrats act on issues that concern them more than Republicans. Democrats support increases in funding to public education, social programs to put in better job training opportunities, they are in favor of more funding medical coverage and healthcare. Republicans tend to argue against government spending on those things.

Democrats don't stop pushing for those bills when the election cycle is over. Republicans don't stop opposing those things when the election cycle is over.

Uhh neither party care for their voting base. I am not sure why you are ranting about the conservatives not reaching out to the minority. Are you suggesting they should do the same as the Democrats and pretend they care when they really dont? Conservative never had a big platform of hollow promises of helping out the minorities.

I am not sure why you are angry with the conservatives. They are not the one who are full of false promises.

The Republicans are just as ridiculously polarized as the Democrats. However the Republicans are the party of no solutions. Its harder to fault the party of no solutions than the party who lies and manipulates to get a vote.

Look at Obamacare. A 100% Democrat solution past only by Democrats. And it is a colossal failure. And Democrats still want to double down on stupidity.

This entire posts basically reads as "Nothing really matters any ways." so...have at it I guess?

According to this post there have been years of 0 policies enacted by Republicans or Democrats.

Then ends about Obamacare which contradicts everything you just said above.

I'm not a liberal or a democrat. On the contrary, I have voted straight republican in the past (as I have said many times before). I didn't vote dem this time either.

The current real clear politics map with no toss ups has Hillary at 297 but a lot of the margins are razor thin. It'll come down to voter turnout. Whatever party gets their people to the polls at the highest rate in those "toss up" states will be the party to win the White House. Republicans have the advantage there historically due to owning the old vote and old people are generally speaking the most reliable voting bloc. The Democrats have had a much younger demographic and totally own the black vote. When you have a minority on the ballot like Obama, you get great voter turnout in those demographics.....now that they don't anymore, it'll be interesting to see if those people stay home at higher levels than in the past few elections.

Fear of how terrible the opposition candidate is could help voter turnout, but the problem is, both candidates are terrible and horribly unlikable....so it could be low turnout.

You are not though. You are white apparently, and I assume from the south. Which makes you a Trump supporter. So you fit in your nice and neat constructed little box.

The only good thing that would come from a trump victory is that space ghost would be empowered to take off his mask and admit to being a trump supporter

And again the Republican/conservative posters on her illuminate why their party fails to get minority voters. The idea that minority voters are so stupid that they vote because the Democrats race bait for 6 months every four years is incredibly insulting to minorities.

News flash! Minorities are real people, not some static character from a movie. When you dehumanize minorities, insult their intelligence and call for them to be deported and blame them for all the woes of society... they aren't going to vote for you in large numbers.
