Yeah, you're right. They only turned it up in the playoffs. They definitely didn't win 56 games and get the 2 seed. Or finish with a Top 10 defense. You're right.

 

I knew it was terrible, but Harden is the leading Rocket rebounder at 7! WTH

 

You're going against the NBA champs with the MVP of the league, an all star PF and a Top 10 player in Irving with a bunch of shooters. It wasn't that bad. The Cavs made some really good shots. Sure we had breakdowns but I didn't think the D was awful.

 

I'm glad everyone is happy, and we can all take away some moral victories from our performance tonight.

 

They will get better defensively as it's a chemistry thing.

Cavs had to shoot 78% in 4th to beat them.

 

Refs are not 100% why we lost but they were a contributors
There was a stretch where the Cavs were bailed out by some suspect foul calls

overall . . the Rockets did not have enough fire power though

Keep Gordon, Anderson, they compliment Harden well. Move Bev, Ariza for a better player.

Nene completely outplayed Capela.

 

True . The score is also a factor of the pace . We had several excellent defensive runs . Limiting Brewer and Ennis' pt could bring even more consistency

 

Not going to win these kinds of games giving up 130 pts.

43 in the 4th isn't going to get it done. But at least we didn't get blown out

 

I feel great about this game and especially the offense. Now if we tighten up the D just a bit, we will look so much more promising.

But Mike ANthony has sown his offense can run with the big boys. He hasn't lost his offensive magic one bit

 

52 and they will deservingly make the WCF.

Not that they didn't before, but they won't need a miracle in game 6 to get there.

 

You're insane. Anderson would and should be dealt before Ariza. Ariza is so important to this team.

Yes i agree they are great, but i see the rox as a top 5 offense in the league, maybe even top 3, we are that good IMO, but our defense is not. We allowed over 40 points in the last quarter and this was a "good" game

 

Good effort team.

That was a nice game.
