You do realize that Brock making poor throws on other plays doesn't excuse poor routes right? I mean, both are problems, even if you only want to acknowledge one.

the poor throws are a bigger problem than "poor routes" so i'm focusing on that..

you can fix routes, you don't just up and turn into an accurate passer outta nowhere.
