    She should have been jailed!

This is Comey admitting Clinton's criminal faults here, all of which would have sent anyone else to prison. Trey Gowdy is a badddd man.

Welp, GOP is about to lose to a criminal then. Should have nominated a better candidate.

Whew! A relief. Now, I can feel safe in believing Clinton is guilty of mishandling classified information and Trump is guilty of raping a 13 year-old girl.

I don't blindly support either party- but thanks for playing, Waiters.

Fair enough, perhaps you aren't just a partisan Democrat blinded by party loyalty though you were certainly coming across that way.....perhaps you are just legitimately completely ignorant when it comes to the issue. That's fine I guess.

The point is that you simply cannot look at the law on the books and then look at what she did and conclude honestly that she didn't violate it. Or rather, a competent person could not do so. When you knowingly (or through gross negligence) send classified information via non secure means then you've criminally mishandled the document or information. When you set up a non secure private server and use it for sending and receiving information including classified information, which has been 100% proven, then you have broken the law. This really isn't some "grey area", there's really no legitimate debate here. It's an obvious violation of the law that would land anyone without Clinton's political connections in jail.....but since she has that kind of political power, she won't even get a trial.

See, I can respect this take. You aren't trying to spin things, you accept that Clinton broke the law and simply don't care because she's running against Trump.

You can believe whatever you want.

I read his statement. He made it very clear that he has yet obtained or reviewed the emails and that it could end up being nothing. All he has said is he will obtain and review the emails. There is nothing else to be known by anyone else other than those that have actually seen the emails themselves, which didn't include Comey himself as of yesterday.

People that jump to it must be something is doing nothing more than speculating or hoping.

I don't know about that. I honestly don't care. I've voted libertarian every election since I turned 18. I just don't want trump to win.

Yeah, that's fair. Honestly, despite the fact that I acknowledge that Hillary clearly broke the law and should be in jail or at least on probation and forever barred from holding any government office, I agree that she's the better choice over Trump. I just can't stand those who fool themselves into believing the ridiculous spin simply because they believe the same as I do, that Trump is worse.

I didn't look up the number recently, but as of last week, there were still around 10-12% undecided in many swing states. With Clinton leading around 1-8% among those swing states, something like this is absolutely significant. This type of bombshell - and it is one in this age of flash news, 11 days prior to the election is almost close to the point of maximum disadvantage to Clinton.

He immediately get criticized for NOT following policy and guidelines and choosing to go against tradition, policy and guidelines is what yell politic. He would not get criticized if he announced after the election that they looked at these emails and nothing came of it. He would be criticized, but since he followed guidelines and policies, I don't think it will cause him any trouble if he announced after the election that they looked at these email and something came of it. Tradition, policy and guidelines are there for good reasons. And you don't break that without real concrete evidence of wrong doing. So, like it or not, he looked to have played politic. If he want to clear himself up now, show the evidences now. If he couldn't, then he should have followed tradition, policy and guidelines.

Do you believe that she has "sold" favor to foreign governments?

Do you believe that there is any moral line she would not cross if it benefited her and she believed she wouldn't be caught?

If Clinton and her aides had simply come clean from the beginning about all this...there would be no October surprise. But she didn't do that. And that's either because they had something to hide or they actually thought they were above the law.

Or most likely of all, probably both. This is 100% on her and her campaign.

I wouldn't be surprised if she did, and I don't think that there is any line she wouldn't cross. She's basically the embodiment of everything wrong with government.....but I still trust that more than I do Trump.

I mean, Trump is pulling a con here, he was a registered Democrat and Hillary supporter just a few years ago. As I see it, he's ensuring that a candidate he financially supported in the past manages to win this time.

Clinton Had nothing to do with this. This was on Huma and Weiner. It sounds like this laptop had duplicate emails and other communications that had NOTHING to do with Clinton. This sounds like a shared laptop.

I don't think people understand, Huma was logging into her Hillary server email account using Anthony Weiner's p*rn laptop

That's how negligent these people are with national security.

So Comey sent the letter, against the wishes of both the AG and the Deputy AG. This letter violated long-standing policy against releasing information within 60 days of an election.
