Gay trade may very well not happen until Dec. 15 or after. DMo signing might not happen until Dec. 15 or after.
I remember last season these same people truly thought Dmo was going to change this teams wicked ways. Oh when Dmo come back the offense and defense is going to be so much better. Even though he played, obviously he wasn't the same, AND there must be something else going on with his back if Detroit said he failed his physical, NO OTHER TEAM made him an offer, and the Rocket's only made him the qualifying offer. Sounds to me the issue about him not getting a better contract offer is about his HEALTH and ability to stay healthy, not his skill set.
DD's love for Dmo is uncanny. He will always back Dmo up no matter the circumstance. Even a 5th grader could tell Dmo still wasn't the same. Thus the reason why his minutes were so inconsistent when he was forced back to Houston.
I agree with you. I was just trying to also point out that the DMo backers keep speaking about what he can do for his, how we need him, and his skills; but fail to understand that all of that is dependent upon his ability to stay on the court healthy and that is the reason for his value, not what he could "possibly" do on the court. There can be no sane argument made that he is healthy because no fan really knows. We can only speak about what we have seen him do on the court. But the organizations know much more about his true health status, and that's the real reason he has no other offers and a low ball offer from us.

Nope, the issue is he is restricted, and to pry him away from the Rockets teams would have to overpay and they are not willing to do that. The back is not as much of a concern as is the Rockets would match a reasonable offer. DD
If Rockets sign Dmo I wouldn't mind him starting and having RYno off the bench besides great teams with good players sacarfice all the time for the better of the team
