Finally someone notices the obvious - Ive made the same point several times. Has nothing to do with anyone wanting to hate Harden - has everything to do with which "star" has the most sponsors who are willing to buy TV spots. Soccer moms aren't tuning in to watch Harden, but completely boring, non-offensive Curry will make soccer moms(and kids) tune in and watch paper towel commercials all day. If you were ESPN and running a business which star would you prop up?

WTF?? Did you even watch the interview where he rolled his eyes?? Matt Bullard asked him if his struggles were over after an awesome game last season, and that was his response. It was funny, and meant as a joke. Bullard loved it, and laughed his ass off. If you're going to cite incidents where Harden comes off as a jerk, at least take them in the correct context.

When I watched it happen, I thought 'You arrogant sob, first good game you've had in weeks, and you wanna act like that question is beneath you or absurd or whatever...'

and Bullard laughed it off and made light of the situation... as most interviewers would do when faced with a rude or awkward situation...

Most of them don't like harden because they honestly know **** all about basketball. I learn way more from watching games and listening to you guys than I do watching ESPN. I honestly don't think they ever watch harden. When they speak on him they sound exactly like the 12 year olds that shoot hoops at my local gym. "Harden is a flopper" "lebron is a crybaby" "dez caught it". I bet if you polled ESPN the majority of them would pick melo over harden. They don't know anything.

 

I remember when that blonde gal on ESPN went off about KDs award thing where the players selected harden as mvp and she was sooooooper triggereD. Like its amazing we as the audience would want to know who the players would think is the mvp rather than the media. Like I would rather hear what skip dumbass or Steven A thinks over a Jason terry or a Dudley.

Umm there's about 20 teams that have been far worse the last 20 years compared to the rockets.

Harden gets hated on way to much by the media and fans just like you. He doesn't have a ring but the dude is in the playoffs every year and on a winning team every year. Outside of winning a championship you can't really be any better.
