So my wife just got an email offer on this too from the Rockets. In the email, it says you get the FT waivers for participation 48hrs prior to the game and it needs to be filled out before the post game FT.

I'm guessing the waiver should have more info, just a heads up for ppl wondering how we get called for the FT participation.

Email said 48hrs before the game, so I'm guessing sometime today. If not then most likely tomorrow. I'm also waiting on the email/form.

People who got this deal and want to participate in the FT, check your emails because I got my form on Friday.

You have to print it out and fill before heading out. Instructions are on the form for the location for participants.
