Maybe reduced minutes for the starters through later pre-season and taking the game off vs SA wasnt such a good idea after all?

40 wins may not be either.

But Dwight is the cancer. We need to trade him.

Capela already >>> Dwight. We can actually run pick and roll with the center, my god

Unfortunately we can't rebound or defend the paint well

defensive rebounding was a problem but maybe it was legs. 1 game a trend doesn't make but we'll find out soon enough if we need to trade for a legit rebounding, pick and roll, big.

Yes, the villagers had their pitchforks and torches out for anyone being critical of their beloved Nene.

Lakers had an ordinary frontcourt last night, but just like that Pete Shelley song, they were homo superior in the Rockets' interior.

Nene and Anderson were playing like complete scrubs. When Tyler Ennis and Brewer are more positive in the court than you there is a problem.

I'm over Houston coaches playing the wrong players. Especially during the 4th

I would say Mozgov and Randle is a pretty solid frontcourt. Randle is a tremendous finisher (basically a rich man's Terrance Jones) and Mozgov is a skilled offensive big man.

Yes, but hopefully getting DMo back and somewhat help with that.

Either way, our strategy this season is to outscore everyone to the point that our horrendous defense/rebounding doesn't matter. Our offense wasn't good enough, especially in the 2nd half. 7 threes made all game against the Lakers? Not good.

I make fun of the DMofs, but we could really use him. He'd be a massive upgrade over Ryno and Nene

Getting exposed inside this early in the season is a good thing. Plenty of time to fix it.
