Yeah, simple math. $37m for lousy production. Doesn't get simpler than that. And you keep saying they'll be able to create ample money. That's just not true.
Yeah; if you want to beat the, "They overpaid for Brock Osweiler" drum, have it. But please stop posting that his signing impeded their ability to sign other players. Man....... If - as widely expected - they cut Cushing and Joseph, it'll net them $12.35MM; if they extend Hopkins, they can also reduce his $7.915MM cap hit. Weeden and Bergstrom could net them an additional ~$4.5-5MM. And that's in *addition* to the expected $10MM they'll have.
This guy... _____ “Nobody has any ill will toward Brock,” Broncos linebacker Brandon Marshall said. “But at the same time, it’s a competition and we want to shut him down. He came from here and we want to kill him. That’s just what we want to do."
He's also the one guy on the Broncos that is going the kneeler route during the National Anthem, so it's fair to say he's not the sharpest peanut in the turd.
My main point is that you are no cap expert... and you repeatedly ignore the ample points that others have already made directly refuting your doomsday claims. You've already made up your mind on Brock and the rest of the regime. The agenda you flaunt here actually exceeds that of some of the all-time great agenda setters.
Double standard in action. If the Texan's Watt said we want to kill a player that left would it be as accepted? I don't believe it would. Perhaps Watt would be the exception but still.
