Kimmich turns into a scoring machine. I think seven goals in the last eight matches.

Not happy with Bayern at the moment, defense looks quite unstable. Hope we get Vidal back soon and maybe bring Martinez back to midfield.

Speaking of scoring machines, Ozil has become one.

Pep: "What, you're saying pressing is a bad idea vs Barca and the other powerhouses? Rubbish, we just need super pressing.
And if that plan doesn't work out, we'll go for Plan C and do a super super pressing."

    Mastermind.

    Pep being Pep:

Asked if he ever thought of changing his plans, the former Barca and Bayern Munich boss said: "I think about that, yes, but after that the solution is not better than what I believe. So I cannot.

"Do you know why? Because in seven years I won 21 titles. So it's three titles per year playing in that way.
    ...

"I'm good, but it's not enough! No, I'm not going to change.

"If it's not going well in the future, if next season isn't going well in that way, I will go home. So, it doesn't change."

Asked if will ever change his ways, Guardiola smiled: “You would like that, yeah?

“No, no, I'm not going to change.

“First, it's going to happen – if it's not going well in the future, next season isn't going well playing that way, I'm will go home.

“I'm sorry guys. I won 21 titles in seven years. So it's three titles per year playing in that way.

I am convinced that if we had just kept Heynckes, we could have won the Champions League three times in a row. Guardiola is an egomaniac who thinks too highly of himself.

I thought this was pretty common knowledge. Heynckes seemed to have the team under control and kicking on all cylinders. Guardiola reminded me so much of Spoelstra/Rivers, which basically inherited a really good team that had to win a trophy no matter the coaching.

Schweinsteiger is not the one who is past his prime. Mourinho is. And the worst manager in all of football is Ed Woodward. What a wimp.

Mourinho desperately needs to take a year or two off and come back refreshed. It appears like he hates his job right now.

To the U.S. fans: Your boy Julian Green is seeing some rare starting minutes in Bayern's cup game against Augsburg right now.

All this fanfare about Pep coming to City and what happens? Same exact thing as last season. Start out on fire and then come crashing back down to earth because you can't defend properly.
