Secondary has been shaky all season, going back to the Oklahoma game. Teams are starting to figure our defense out. Not sure what the deal is with our offense.
Yep. It's clear that he (and/or the team) just don't have the same focus since the rumors came out. No reason to believe he can fall off that fast. Add in the loss to Navy and the team is basically just going through the motions. Happens to the best of them, especially when you're striving for the NC game.
I don't think UH's performance has much to do with Herman staying or going. It looks like the result of pervasive injuries in the defense and in the offensive line. This doesn't look like the same team I watched beat OU; maybe because it literally isn't.
This is the game where if we had been undefeated would have given me a headache. As in we played dumbass football so far. The loss to Navy was legit. This game was ours for the taking. Still in it. Expect to tie this thing up. But boy oh boy. It has not been pretty.
They are definitely dealing with critical injuries, but this is the third consecutive game they've been 3 possession favorites vs. cupcakes and they haven't come close to dominating at all. Coaching is a huge factor.
Don't blame it on me my friend. I've been making these since 2010. They are getting outplayed and out coached.
