Yeah I agree. I'm rarely a fan of it. I wanted McCarthy gone after last year to be honest but this will be his last year if the offense sputters again. Not sure who's out there though. The Panthers defense is s#cking right now, because I know they didn't want to pay for Norman. But, they should done more in the offseason to improve on defense. Their defense is almost as bad as the Saints.

Geno Smith wasn't beating the Seahawks or Steelers nor the Cards this week. But Fitz needs to be benched at this point and should have been after the Chiefs game. Bowles is in over his head right now for attaching himself to Fitz. Geno gives them a better chance.
