keenum the great launching an air raid, 300 yds and 3tds after the experts said he should quit the nfl after week one.
I'm not a fan of Tannehill, but he's basically a lesser Bradford 2.0. Plays behind a crap o-line and weak offensive scheme so it skews perception of him. This week his o-line is healthy for the first time all season and he's been solid. Tooting my own horn here, but great spot for them to get the upset win vs an injured Steelers team with a look-ahead spot to New England. Dolphins are one of those weird teams that inexplicably play to the level of their competition almost every week.
He's doing his part contributing to the tanking of the season. He might be a disrespectful b*stard, but he's good at being bad at football.
I didn't watch them today, but how did the Panthers defense go from great to terrible? Was Josh Norman really that valuable? Did losing him affect their pass rush?
Dakota Prescott breaks the record for passes without an INT for a rookie. Franchise QB just dropped into Dallas' lap.. Gawd dammit.. so jelly.
They're not tanking. They're actually that bad. Horrendous run defense going up against a top 5 rushing offense equals that result. Kap is horrendous though. Josh Norman is a good cornerback but the Panthers defensive scheme tends to hide their defensive backs pretty well. Their defense is terrible because their d-line has regressed and been injured this year. They get zero pressure and they are starting rookies, off-the-street free agents, and practice squad players in the secondary. I don't think Carolina is as good as last year (15-1 was definitely a fluke) but they aren't as bad as their record shows IMO.
Are the cowboy really going to bench Dak for Romo? He just broke tom Brady's record. Bledsoe and Romo had a 103 and 108 million contracts. The similarities are very eerie.
