What I find humorous is that Hillary is bringing up Russia manipulating the election... when in reality it is her buddies in the media that are truly manipulating the election. It wasn't all that long ago that the "news" reported facts and spin was relegated to editorials.

Now there is no news just spin and opinion.

I am voting for neither of the 2 major party candidates. Haven't made up my mind as to who I will write in.

But, and I cannot stress this enough, she has policies. She has a tax plan. She has policies that will decide her Supreme Court candidates. She has other plans. Again, whether or not you agree with her plans/policies is an entirely different topic.

Or, perhaps your definition of policy is different than the rest of the world.

I don't consider policies to be policies when in the end they will never come to fruition. The only thing she will do is piggyback off of Obama who has been an ok president to this point. Either way the country is trending down economically and HRC wants to continue that trend.

You are living in an alternate reality if you think this country in trending down economically. Our wages are growing, unemployment is the lowest it's been since the 70's, and our technology sector is the best in the world.

Do you understand how Government works? How check and balances work? How Presidental power works? Policy takes 3 branches of government not just one person.

You literally know nothing. Being in the housing industry, it's very telling on what is about to happen.

Wages always grow- it's called inflation.

Jobs created. What kind of jobs are being created?

Our technology sector? Want to keep spewing out of your butt?

The debt we are currently in is not good. I kept it simple for you.

You have to be about as horrible as Trump is in the Housing industry to look at our economy as say it's bad.

You think inflation is a bad thing? You think some growth is a bad thing? You think Donald Trump's extreme tax cuts will reduce the deficit?

You are finically illiterate and I hope to God the people you serve notice fast before we end up in another recession. You say Trump is a business man but he's HORRIBLE at business! He lost a billion dollar IN A YEAR. He hasn't paid federal taxes in over 20 years (He admitted that two nights ago). Warren Buffet has paid federal income tax every year because HE is a smart businessman.

Curious you mentioned the housing market, but are you saying its bad right now, or are you predicting it will become bad. Since new housing starts have grown steadily and significantly from 2010.

It is bad. It is basically run by OPEC. There is a trend between Opec/interest rates. Our economy has been artificially manufactured. Increasing debt will cause the feds to heavily increase rates which our country isn't ready for right now.

Inflation is a bad thing. It is another reason how your economy ultimately fails.

Horrible at business? He is running a 60% success rate in business start ups. The national average is about 13%. In regards to taxes my opinion is that you have probably never done your taxes before which I wont fault you for. Claiming a loss that big is to prevent paying taxes overall. It has nothing to do with the actual success of his businesses. Could it be correlated, yes, but based off of him admittance to not paying taxes I assume its to avoid paying taxes.

This was a funny post to respond to. You honestly don't have any experience with the financial world based off of what you just said. Moving on.

We are in a bull market right now which is showing similar trends to 07/08. We are in what I call a mild/steady decline. If things continue the way they are right now there will be a second crash in 8 years. I have currently stopped looking for a house as everything in the next 6 months will over priced.

Multiple builders in the Houston area are starting to cut features and lower prices. They are getting ready.

Sounds like you should vote for Clinton then

Yet under Trump's tax cut and spending plan, gross debt would rise to $39.5 trillion by 2026, or an astounding doubling of the current $19 trillion figure, according to a new study by the CRFB. By contrast, Clinton's plans would raise the gross debt to $29.6 trillion during that same period – a roughly 50 percent hike.

It appears you bought the Trump koolaid. Lofty ideas without any reason to believe they can be achieved under his plans.

I'm confused. Are you talking about the overall market or just Houston? Houston is obviously heavily dependent on oil prices so things have slowed down quite a bit, but the technology sector is booming in many places (look at Austin for example).

I tried to tie things in to Houston(that is where a lot of us are from)which will always be protected via Oil. But I was mainly referring to outside of Texas. Trouble is brewing.

LOL of course not. But it's apparent you were spewing nothing's out of your behind and got called on it.

Nothing I'm saying is a secret, many financial institutions are hinting of what is to come. I just find it laughable when people claim that the economy is going well right now. That is simply not true.

Any links or citations about the impending doom from the economy? Got a sister in real estate and her business has been booming in the Austin market. Blind offers above sale value for homes. It's Fall now and most home buyers with children don't want to move between school semesters so the housing market should slow down until late Spring / early Summer. This is just anecdotal though. Austin's booming housing market doesn't mean Detroit's market is doing equally as well. Every post I've read of yours is just your personal opinion thrown in while saying big businesses are preparing themselves for a meltdown of some sort. I'm open to believing you but I'd like to take more than just your word for it.

You asked again what policies Hillary has passed and I've linked that before but you just say some BS rhetoric about her not standing for what policies she passed or something.

FWIW I think you're one of the resident trolls like RocketsLegend on a new account. I know Trump has taken a huge hit this past weekend but his post count nearly disappears and you all of a sudden show up with a similar way of posting with just as much frequency as he does.

Well then you don't know what you're talking about when you dismissed the poster that mentioned the tech sector in the US. It's a huge driver of growth all over the country: Boston, DC, NYC, the Bay Area to name a few.

LOL of course I dismissed him. He tried to give me a lecture on taxes which he has never done before. How can I take that serious?

    Sure we have great Technology....
