    There is no online loophole or gun control loop hole. If you are not a dealer, you are not required to do a back ground check if you sell in the same state (Federal law). If a gun crosses statelines in regard to ownership, you are required to do a background check, regardless if you are giving it to a family member or selling for profit.

    Again, liberals are clueless on gun control.
