That cop should face charges of assault. Cole was antagonizing Yourse the whole way trying to get Yourse to flip. I think it's a good thing the female cop was there. She was pretty level-headed and kept Yourse from escalating it worse and giving Cole a reason to use more force.

Cole is a guy with power abuse issues. He should not be a cop and he should get charged with assault.

 

That's correct. And both officers should receive publicity. The female officers should get positive recognition for her role, and Cole, should receive negative recognition. Sadly the focus will only be on the negative.

I'm not decrying the negative attention on the wrongs done. I am decrying the fact that an officer doing the right thing is ignored.

Yea cops can expunge their record of anything incriminating like even justifiably shooting someone or refusal to take a drug test, leave the department and start off with a clean slate in another local precinct. Seems fair.

 

I've been watching for 7 minutes and maybe there's a format problem, but I don't see any fast forward. Anyhow, nothing has happened. What's the big deal? Still waiting.... This is pretty much a non-story so far....pretty boring...
Jeebus, that escalated quickly. WTF is wrong with that cop Travis Cole? WTF? Is he insane? This Cole guy should be locked up. Why is he starting a fight? Smh. I can't believe that Cole guy isn't getting charged....that guy should never be a cop anywhere again. What an ass...that guy is just a bully criminal.

 

The odd thing is that the review board is asking for the female officer's badge, too. I'm not sure why. She had to cover her partner's back once he initiated the arrest, but she never struck Yourse or allowed either men to escalate things further. She was stuck in a hard place and I thought did her job well.

 

Notice how around the 7:30 minute mark after the cop already has his ID to verify his address he continues to escalate the situation and moves where the camera is aiming off to the side. This is a great dirty cop trick caught on camera.

 

Some people should not be cops.
