God, the 'risky scheme' about 'privatizing social security' thing ...still? All that does is indicate Democrats have absolutely no understanding of business, finance, investing, OR the problems our current SS system faces.

The actual risky scheme is placing your future in the hands of an organization hemorraghing cash at the rates of trillions of dollars a year, and which projects to be unable to meet its obligations for decades, and with an ever widening gap.

Pence did not answer the question about deporting illegal immigrants. He just danced around it for 2 minutes saying words. And Kaine is spouting off every negative thing Donald has said.

 

Pence should just walk off the stage after that nuclear exchange and say he is the top of the ticket now. He won't and can't defend Trump's comments.

 

Not that it matters: Pence is not doing well.

 

Man Kaine is killing it.

Tim Kaine is a major dweeb. Horrible stage presence. He'll lose the night purely based on his optics. He's the geek whose lunch money got stolen in school.

It does not matter what Pence or Kaine say. No one wins a nuclear war.

 

Yes, that is clearly the Democratic strategy. And Trump has certainly provided plenty of ammo.

 

Pence is winning this debate. If anything he's made a great argument why he should be president. He's showing gravitas pointing out weaknesses in both Clinton and Kaine's records.

The problem is he's not making a case for why Trump should be president.

 

Why does Pence keep saying Donald Trump has never said that about everything yet everything that Kaine has said is true. Saying it's ridiculous when Kaine brought up Trump not knowing about Ukraine is crazy. He just said he meant that it won't happen again. Except that Donald has triple down on that claim. What the hell? Quote of the night.

"I'm just saying facts about your running mate, and I know you can't defend them"

 

Exactly that is the entire problem. I've stated here that I would, if given the opportunity vote for Romney or McCain before I would Hillary Clinton. That's not an option though. Trump is awful, Pence can only wince and shake his head when Pence quotes him. It's pathetic.
