Not losing brain cells from McHale and JBB's coaching will do that for you.
"Holy ****. So this is what an NBA offense looks and feels like!"

Instead of bullshit AAU iso ball that McFail and JBBitch had us running.
"HUSTLE. EFFORT. COME ON GUYS." *CLAP CLAP*

I agree, we're gonna be an elite team in terms of transition scoring.

Calm down friend, we are still tied for the 8th seed.

Just one more win and we are guaranteed to be sitting at .500 or above through 2 games.

i'm liking what i see from our offense (obvious statement for a MDA team), both in transition and in half court. spacing, moving, passing, all look improved from last year. the one thing we're missing is a big who can finish on the PnR. that's where we really need dmo. he would be our starting center and really be the key to balancing the offense with his post play, PnR play, passing and shooting.

clint, nene, KJ, and gordon look like they'd be a very nice bench. but neither clint or nene should be starters. brewer shouldn't even play.

With an instilled offensive system now, they'll be less turnovers this year. Last year with their read and react ad hoc offence, players were just playing pickup ball out there, leading to stupid plays. You need high IQ players to run those kind of offences, which we didn't have. Now, everyone knows where they're supposed to be, and with that added discipline, our offence looks way better. Yeah, yeah, preseason and all that, but last year, we looked like crap from the get-go. Also glad to see the defence isn't switching everything like last year and end up with a big on a guard and getting roasted. Just play tough man-to-man and fight through screens. I think we'll be alright this year. I for one am excited!

Not that it bothers me but ESPN is like clockwork

Rockets up 26 at halftime...they talk about how the Knicks suck then go to talking about the Sixers and Warriors. Literally did not mention the word "Rockets" once

The Knicks reminds me the Lakers with Dwight, basically a bunch of figurines. It also seem to me they're playing like the Rockets under McHale, iso after iso, little to no movement without the ball, ugly turnovers...

Yup and it probably hurts for Knicks fans out there to see that he is only the third option after Anthony and Rose.. :D

i like that comparison. but in MDA's system shooting is more heavily valued. its the 1 thing holding KJ back from being a starter.

ESPN last year thought we should trade Harden to Boston for Isiah Thomas and picks lol, this is the same network that constantly grills James Harden but doesnt call out Curry when his defense is just as bad. lol

let em keep hating, the only thing that bothers me is that they have a bunch of warriors nuthuggers at their headquarters, and they will downplay Hardens play all season. Inside the NBA will do the same. So its up to Houston to start a Harden for MVP campaign
