I like the Giants as darkhorse sleepers this year but McAdoo has been a questionable head coach so far this season. One of those coaches that has to "establish the run" no matter how much he's down, much less with a 3rd string RB. Then you have the terrible clock management + leaving a timeout unused. Too late to spike the ball, so call the timeout. You'll have a shot or two in the endzone, then you can kick a FG. Plus all the penalties means an undisciplined team.
Blair Walsh's career in serious jeopardy after that missed FG last year. You can add K to another concern for the Vikes.
Terrible throw aided by miscommunication with ODB who was too busy trying to fight with Rhodes on that route
Looks like the only thing that could slow down the Vikings would be an injury to their franchise QB, Sam Bradford.
Vikings offense is hot garbage. Defense is VERY GOOD. Seems like you would have to give Will Fuller a shot against Terrance Newman. I don't think he is going to be able to keep up with Fuller. Giants are not utilizing TE's at all either.
Against the Vikings it may be good to exploit that defense on screens. They are extremely aggressive and may present a chance to get after them.
What is Brock going to do against this defense? WR's are gonna get locked up. Miller cannot get more than 4 YPC either. Heh.
He'll be fine so long as he doesn't try to throw the ball to Nuk. His numbers are awesome when throwing to non Hopkins receivers.
As long as they run it to the opposite side of Harrison Smith. He's become the best safety in the NFL this year. Absolute monster.
To elaborate, if Osweiler never throws to Nuk, his numbers yesterday would have been 24/31 for 250 yards 2 TD's 0 interceptions Osweiler never trying to throw to Nuk is the key.
Didn't think the Giants would be so flat on defense. D-line has shut down running game, but they can't cover. They are a good matchup for us.
