The question is was he rapping live. Follow me. He definitely spoke. He said "Sorry, I have to stop the show Family emergency." When he said that, was he also rapping? He can't be doing both. So, he wasn't rapping live. It was a recording? That's my question. The reason Britney Spears lipsynched was because she is power dancing, and it's very hard not to get winded. If she gets winded, her singing would suck. She'd be breathing heavy into the mike. Why is Kanye lip-synching?

What's your definition of lip-syncing, he's definitely not pretending to sing the chorus in his song. He adlibs over them from time to time. It's not lip-syncing if you are just standing there. He doesn't lip-sync his raps, and nothing that he's doing in the video qualifies as lip syncing either.

On topic, jewelry is insured, I'm sure. No one got hurt. I'm sure it was scary as hell for Kim Kardashian, but I don't understand why it was the first headline when I opened the news.

I don't see why anybody would believe this is real.....especially when you take into account the relevance of the Kardashians hitting an all-time low (outside of the professional athlete circuit). Since she's with Kanye now, she can't exactly float another sex tape, so a conjured up robbing is the best they could come up with.
Releasing a sex tape is one thing, but faking a robbery and getting government authorities involved is quite another. Don't see any reason they would risk faking a robbery and getting caught. The risks severely outweigh the rewards at this point in time. Kardashian would not only lose a lot of money with sponsorhips, but she could be sent to prison.
Obviously this was a crime, but bringing 10 million dollars with of jewelry with you sends off flags to thieves. I wonder if this was an inside job. If any of us brought $10 million bucks without of anything, we might get targeted. Im glad nobody got hurt but kudos to the robbers for robbing the exact person/family that seemingly deserves it more than most.
