I feel the same way, and I would also add Snowden to that list. I think Snowden's tech skills are way overrated (to justify his actions), considering that he was a SharePoint administrator. Snowden was also way too cocky in how he released his information, by releasing his identity he was essentially making sure that his employer knew who it was - to stick it to them.

A man releasing state secrets would be hung in the 50's.

    **if this is true...**

How could anyone support her? She calls herself a lawyer but is suggesting we assassinate US citizens without due process?

    Assange isn't an US citizen.

I agree with her sentiments. The guy sucks. Besides, he's aiding and betting Putin and trying to help throw the election for Trump. Why? I suspect Assange's heart was in the Bernie camp and this is his weasel's way of revenge. In any case, he's just another creepy narcissist in the end.

Space Ghost = hilarious. As if she would actually "drone" somebody in the embassy of an ostensible ally nation.

Nice infowars knock-off site - I get all my news from truepundit.com.

In all seriousness, it appears to have a disappointing lack of both truth and puns.

To me this reasserts and supports Assange and all whistle blowers. Our country is pure evil in the way it treats whistle blowers.

And if her comment was a "joke," that might be worse. It's not very presidential to joke about drones and droning someone.

Assange cancelling WikiLeaks 10th anniversary speech from his prison embassy balcony due to security concerns is not funny enough for you?

Also an interesting tidbit, I heard Clinton wants her own Nobel Peace Prize (she jealous of Obama's) so she's been ramping up and pushing the drone talk. She wants to drone her way to the Nobel Peace Prize. It's a bold strategy but proven. She's so brave.

Trump said he would "carpet bomb the middle east".

Drone striking a man who is probably helping Russia control our elections is fair game in my book. We've killed Imams for less.

I don't know why peeps continue to reply to my Hilary criticism with Trump responses. They're both scum, I've said it over and over.

And sorry but drone striking whistleblowers or media criticizers is wrong. They are necessary to help keep things in order. Droning whiltleblowers would be what Putin so in that vein Clinton=Putin.

No, what's funnier is that you believe a rapey dope/russian dupe like Assange when he pretends like the US is going to launch a drone strike at him in the middle of the freaking West End.

Think of the damage at Harrod's! What a tragedy that would have been.

Obviously he is seizing the moment but still I don't have to believe Assange. He doesn't produce content. The content comes from brave whislteblowers who need protection not prosecution or drone blasts.

Brave Russian hackers working for the Putin kleptocracy? Yes they are sympathetic characters - it used to be you could sell a few thousand stolen credit card numbers and have enough for a loaf of bread and some Armani sweatshirts, now you have to wear Zara.

Why would anyone be remotely surprised that the United States government leaders have had discussions about killing or capturing Assange or Snowden?

It would be far more shocking and concerning if the issue was never discussed.

Assange is a rapist with ties to Russia, who is an enemy of the United States. It is odd that the same Republicans that wanted the Soviet Union over thrown at literally any cost, now have a semi hard on for a totalitarian dictator that was reared in and trained in classic Soviet politics.

If Cheney or some Trump/Palin acolyte wanted Assange dead, it would be heralded as being tough by the same baboons that now are criticizing Clinton.

The "source" in this matter is dubious to begin with...... but I don't really see how this is a topic of discussion.

I have no problem with this at all. Leaking classified information can REALLY harm national security.....that said it's kind of odd that a woman who grossly mishandled classified information and potentially harmed national security herself would take this hard nosed approach. He did it on purpose, she did it out of gross negligence.

If it were anybody else but Trump, I wouldn't vote for her......

But since i'm left with the best of 2 evils I will have to choose HRC...
