Body Cam of 6 year old being killed by cops released

We need better training for police this shoot first crap is hurting our country.

It doesn't seem like the marshals were shooting at the kid, so the kids actions or non-actions are irrelevant. The issue will be, was shooting at the driver lawful? The way CNN cut together their video makes it hard to assess the answer to that question.

 

Unless the vehicle was trying to run them over or shooting back then there was no need to shoot up that vehicle.

Must be real difficult for the teSSSSSinator here. On one hand, cops murdering is always defenseable, on the other hand minorities as cops.

 

I think this is why the charge is 2nd degree murder. When I read about this month ago, it almost sounded like contract killing.

 

You taking this story of a little boy being killed and the suffering his family and local community must be dealing with only to turn it into a 4th grade educated level of attack on, really no one, is about the most pathetic thing I have seen on this board. I would say you should be ashamed, but you're not even a man, maybe a pathetic excuse for one at best.

 

If only you could apply that logic to every one of these type of incidents.

 

I believe that logic applies in all cases. Not sure where this comment comes from. I've never made light of a child being killed.

No, it's the fact that you went on your self righteous horse on this one particular incident when similar situations of **** talking dead victims and politicizing dead victims happens in every other thread. Well, not slow enough to do basic arithmetic. You do know your post rate is higher than mine? Unfortunately they don't have the 'post per day' count anymore but you have been a clutch fans member for 4 months which is roughly 120 days. You have 753 posts. 753/120 is a rate of 6.28 posts per day.
I have been a member of Clutchfans for 2610 days(rough estimate +/- 5 days). I have 10487 posts. 10487/2610 is a post rate of 4.02 posts per day. So apparently YOU DO have the time(abiding by your logic of course).

 

I don't think training is the issue.

The system is overstretched and broken. Problem is that trying to fix it comes with the risk of leaving you chewed out and burned.

What Dallas did is a good start, but it's not only on each department to change the system.

 

Well these guys decided to make stuff up. In most cases, especially as Marshals, they get away with it.

 

It's not unfortunate only because it's predictable and preventable. LEO training and LEO punishment has got to change in this country ASAP.

 

Really sad, and just another example of overly trigger-happy cops willing to shoot first and ask questions later in situations that don't require shooting.

 

Those who I were attacking know exactly who they are. I've never seen you post on here but it seems you don't know what really goes on in those other threads when black people get shot and the incendiary remarks that certain posters keep making. As a newbie I'm sure my post made no sense however with context behind it rationally you'd understand.

 

I haven't watched the video yet but... Why did they have to shoot in the first place. Seems like some cops are way too trigger happy now days. What was the immediate threat that had them fearing for their lives?
