    What's wrong with dressing up as a clown? Clowns have brought enjoyment to the masses for hundreds of years.

    It started out in South Carolina earlier this year. There were reports of them hanging out in woods trying to pick up kids. Now that the story picked up through the internet, there are some bozo idiot copy cat people trying to get their internet shine,



    Or one theory I saw, it's some promo hype for IT.
