Doesn't look like surgery to me, even though she looks very different in the two pictures. Tan, brow work, makeup, hair-style look like the biggest differences, along with a thinner more mature face but that's likely natural. Agree with rodman, the nose looking bigger is because of the smile, also think that's why her chin looks longer. Btw quit bashing my post pedo's.
This is definitely a question worth asking. We all know about the crazy South Korean plastic surgery where they reshape their eyes and entire jawline. I think it looks like Ariana Grande took that same approach, but with her eyes. It looks as though she got her eyebrows lifted and more walnut shaped.
