How Well if your training helped lead to it and you don't change that, then reinjury is a serious concern. However, if they looked at his disc in isolation, they probably felt it wasn't vulnerable to reinjury. Perspective is everything..
I think part of it is that he goes all out all the time. He's gotta learn how to not do that all the time.
Correct, which is odd. It wouldn't have been at all surprising if he re-aggravated the injury, but he shouldn't have been at serious risk for re-injury so it's likely that he did whatever he did to injure it to begin with yet again.
That's why I mentioned his training.. Looks like his core is compromised and the disc just doesn't have the support.. He was already having issues before he broke his hand.. So then playing with a cast on caused him to compensate even more and it was the last straw.. Tore 5 muscles + disc
