imagine not being a texans fan and every time you watch the texans is on primetime games where they're usually getting absolutely destroyed.
Saddest part is, BoB will likely fail here, then go somewhere else and be a champion. Cleveland can argue being better than us. Nah, the Irish can boast past greatness, at least.
The only thing you are acting like is someone who is overly emotional. Objectively speaking the Texans have a lot of work to do before they can be on the caliber of an organization that is a constant contender like the Pats. The Texans have a lot of the pieces in play now but need to mentally mature as well as other things.
Bill Obrien already had his pants pulled down to his ankles while bending over to Bill Belicheck before this game even started. Both teams reflected their coaches hence the score.
Losing a close is one thing....but in that manner. Pathetic. Our special teams has been terrible through the first 3 games.
That's a bit much but I will certainly say that BOB showed too much respect to a Brisket led Pats team early in the 1st qtr. We went super conservative and then STs shat themselves putting the entire team behind the 8-ball. Perhaps the short week played into that approach especially as the travelling team on a short week.
STs has been terrible for years. Coaches change, players change, and still the same terrible STs play. Maybe is a roster depth issue which would fall on Rick Smith and of course he is the one thing that hasn't changed. So yea, that might be it. Rick Smith can't find really good players at 40-53 like other really good GMs who have great STs.
We should have played Tom Savage some. That would have been my adjustment. To let Brock watch from a different perspective. Coaches had no adjustments planned out at all. And of course, NE knows our offense better than we do.
