Regardless of the narrative, can you honestly say you see an open driver's window as the officer claims?

You're an abnormal person if you think anyone - regardless of skin color - DESERVES to get "popped" in circumstances like this. If the police can just murder you for not obeying commands (if that even is the case here), then what good are handcuffs and prisons?

I welcome our Robocop enforcers. They have excellent marksmanship and would be able to dole out true justice in the form of crotch shots.

It's nice to start getting a full picture of the incident, but not one bit of what precipitated the shooting justified the outcome.

Unless you can clearly see a gun or shots are fired I think tazers and bean bag guns should be used

 

If the reports that they found PCP in the vehicle and the reports of the man being unresponsive to police ordering him to stop end up being true then there's no chance this ends with jail time. It's very likely that this ends being yet another example of justifiable use of force against someone with a long history of drug use and other criminal actions such as drug trafficking

I guess. I mean, a bad relationship 26 years ago, a messy divorce 5 years ago where she allegedly made harassing phone calls that was never proven, and her smoking weed 24 years ago doesn't really compared to Crutcher being on PCP at the time he was shot and him getting out of prison for drug trafficking after a 9 year sentence in may, but if it's all you got, it's all you got.
