I like George better when he is taking some power off his swing. He reminds me a bit of Carlos Gomez when he was in his prime.
I just got back from playing cowboy all day, and Ashby is what I get to listen to. Forgive me in advance for any 4-letter words.
Love the aggressiveness from CC. With the lack of depth in the lineup right now, gotta attack those early pitches.
Too young to have watched Davis. Anyways, McHugh just can't put hitters away. If he had a true out pitch he would be a really good starter.
He was a freak for 4-5 years until he got hurt. He killed the Stros. Google him. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/GwWw3Udq6f8" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Sounded like a good catch on radio Which would be RIGHT NOW because Gomez is currently hitting the best of his career (.899 SLG), MIL included. COMPLETE BULLS***
The boy can play. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/cvQ-IJihrJM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Anyone ever find it funny that Castro is a catcher and has no strike zone recognition when batting? Never seen a batter so disgusted by obvious strikes. Even ball 4 was strike 3.
We're getting all kinds of breaks this series. Maybe this is course correction for everything that went down against the Rangers this year. Although to truly make up for it, they'd need to win out the rest of the year all on one run games with four errors each from the other team.
I think it is worth noting that this is the first time Springer has played more than 135 games ever in his career and the first time he has been healthy for a whole season since 2013. I wonder if fatigue is playing a factor because these K's seem to be reminiscent of a younger Springer.
You're not the first. Pretty sure every ump in mlb has heard it from Castro after or during a strikeout, for better or worse.
