I think it was supposed to be a back shoulder throw. If Hopkins broke a step earlier, it'd be on his back shoulder. Bad timing by both Hopkins and Osweiler.
Brock obviously thought that route was suppose to be to sideline just miscommunication, more than being inaccurate
Bad decision making by Broc and I think bad play calling. They were having some success utilizing the TE late in the first half. It's frustrating to watch.
