I imagine some cops have a tolerance for someone spouting off profanities at them and not doing anything about it but I doubt you'll find many of them.

I've seen the public go apesh_t over non-handicap people parking in a handicap spot and block the car in while they waited on the cops. And, no, not just on "Seinfeld". That situation can get serious pretty fast. Do so at your own risk. People don't take kindly to that.
