What's up with hard tacos?

Never liked them.

Better to smash them and turn them into nachos.

 

I just picked up the 3 taco dinner at El Tiempo yesterday evening. Long shells, all the toppings. Didn't break, must be magic.

 

They only break if it's not taco tuesday.

 

That's why they made taco salads...for people who can't eat regular tacos without them falling apart.

I've been eating hard and soft tacos for well over two decades. After reading this thread, I feel like a rocket scientist.

OK, here's the thing. To prevent your taco from blowing out, all you gotta do is let it rest for a minute before eating.
