Hillary being incapacitated is not the issue. I would be fine with Kaine as acting president. The issue is Hillary not being able to do the job for more than couple hours a day, day in and day out. Kaine simply can't step in and fill her role when she needs to take a few hours break because she is feeble. The Presidency is very stressful.

Not true. Some people are more sensitive to heat than others. They can be perfectly healthy. For example, People from cold climates always have issues in Southern heat because they dont experience it every day. Football players are examples of this.
81 with low humidity isn't "southern heat". Even people from the coldest of climates should be able to be in 81 degree weather with low humidity for more than an hour without passing out from heat if they are at all healthy. It's just not hot weather.

Actually only gullible types believe she's not healthy. Medical professionals who actually know about health and medicine have stated she's healthy. An incident in NYC in the 80's with high humidity and quick recovery doesn't disprove that. If there is actual evidence she is unhealthy then it might be an issue. This episode isn't really proof of anything.
It wasn't low humidity. If you watch the U.S. Open which was happening in NY as well, they mentioned the humidity and the factor it has on the players.
