.....which is fine because unless they changed things, he's not the government. If you are a moron, like this guy clearly is, you really SHOULDN'T speak your mind and telling them that is just good advice.

Sorry but I'm not going to respect a guy who mocks the police by wearing police-pig socks. That's the guy whose cause you're sticking up for.

Yes, it's his right to act the fool, but I don't have to like it.

Well Bobby to be fair some people would say that you shouldn't speak your mind either, or me, or whoever else posts in here.

Some people clearly think that they shouldn't be allowed to speak their minds, I don't get the big deal about this. I don't get why people care at all honestly. This story is going to go away after this week because most people won't really care about it either way once the season starts. Just one meaningless offseason story...

Well I guess a few Conservatives SJWs will care but other than that, nope. No _____s given.

I'm standing up for his right to say whatever he wants to say, period. I really don't care if you don't respect him. I don't respect Rush Limbaugh whose said a bevy of racist things but I never really see conservative outrage about that.

Oh cut the BS and lies. I don't see you on here defending Westboro for the same right.

Yep, they can say whatever they want too. I've not even seen one of those threads but I honestly don't care.

You see, I don't go in the thread and outrage about how they need to shut up. So that's why I bring up Rush. He's said plenty of outright racist things which should be as offensive to you as someone kneeling during the anthem.

The decision to not participate/stand for the National Anthem I find to be extremely insulting and disrespectful; not to mention incredibly stupid.

However Colin has the right to be a jackass, it is one of the rights the flag and Anthem stand for. I support people having the right to criticize him for it... Just like I support Colin's right to do whatever he wants during the Anthem.

Colin has a history of progressively supporting financially and with his time the issues he believes in, and he is clearly educated on the issues and has thought out his actions.

He may be naive or be making a poor decision... but it is his right.

I don't even listen to Rush and am not aware of anything racist he's said.

Your "oh I'm here to defend free speech" is so much BS

Those two color boys that shot up and killed all those black cops was pretty racist.
I bet you find it justifiable too.

So....you're saying that if an athlete held up a "God hates ****" sign at the beginning of a game, you'd just have nothing to say about it? If a player decided to don a Klan hood, you'd think nothing of it? I call BS.

Black people live in fear of the police - they don't seem them as a protector, they seem them as an oppressor. And they want that to change because for this country to be great, no group should have to feel like the men and women who they pay to protect them are a threat to their well being and safety.

Why is that so hard for people to understand?

I call BS on that as well! Hmm, that was easy.

Pretty much. That's exactly what I'm saying. Actually go back to the incident when a bunch of players wore the Hands Up Don't Shoot shirts. I had nothing to say about it. I really don't care. They represent themselves so why should I care?

You can call BS on it all you'd like though. I don't get outraged by this stuff. I'd have an opinion on it but it would be nowhere near "He needs to just shut up and play!" nonsense.

If true then they should seek the help of a mental health professional. Pretty much the only thing that is going to help.

Sure, but that's something you support, the examples I gave are things that hopefully you don't support and I highly doubt you'd feel the same. You'd be outraged, and rightfully so.

Pretty sure the mentally ill person is the one who consistently ignores facts and studies showing oppression. That person is you.

It's because their fear of the police is irrational. Their odds of being killed by a cop are one in a million. Do they live in constant fear of slipping and falling? That is more likely to kill them. What about Big Macs? Heart disease and hypertension are far more dangerous to black males than police officers are.

Many cops are scared of black men... Either being shot or being accused of racist treatment. Not sure why that is relevant though.

If blacks are oppressed in America then why are so many Africans migrating here? Think about that?
