It's crazy really. I was at the Cal-UT game last season. The way that game ended was just laughable honestly. To make an epic comeback like that only to lose the game because of middle school mistakes. The Horns are a giant tease.

he's been losing games for 2 years already. this could potentially be two games lost because of extra points. that's fairly out of the ordinary. i wanna say we lost a game because our punter dropped a snap also.
The first time the defense gets some rest in the 2nd half, they make an outstanding stop. I agree though. Since Charlie Strong has been here, this team has had a terrible knack for screwing up in the worst way possible. It seems to always be the special teams as well.
Terrible special team play every kickoff or punt, zero D Line pressure, **** freshman center and r****ded penalties will lose you a football game to anyone. Just smh.
How DANGED STUPID are the Texas coaches? Why blitz there? Make them earn it....idiots calling plays in the 2nd half all night. Predictable, stupid, and idiotic....they are giving this game to Notre Dame. DD
obviously this overall is a good sign that we are competing against a top 10 team. but as far as strong goes, among "turner-arounders" i can't remember many who had 2 such mediocre seasons to start their tenure and then got great. most of the guys who turn a program around charge out of the chute and never look back it seems (stoops, carroll, meyer, saban). and i don't know what mack brown left him, but mack almost tripped and fell into a conference title and then strong took over and has done worse.
They should have won this game already, once they got up they went into safe mode and coughed it up. DD
I didn't expect them to be in this game with a QB who has never played a college game before. I'm impressed.
I don't have any expectations nor hold any credence to preseason rankings - this is a winnable game if the coaches and players can get their heads on right. DD
