I dislike most of sports talk right now. I don't like either morning show (don't like Seth, don't like Lance). I am OK with ND and Greg, but its only a football show, so during the season its OK, but off-season I might as well listen to music. I really dislike Clanton and Jones... more because Adam seems like a kid with a new toy (twitter) and mostly talks about twitter arguments. Jones is OK, but thinking Savage was the best QB on the Texan's roster? Having different takes is OK until they pass into crazyland. So I am forced to listen to 610, including an hour of Rich Lord, when I switch back to 790 at 3pm. Charlie P is the only talk show I really like.
no wonder ninkovich was able to recover sooner than previously thought from his torn triceps. definitely have to take advantage. they still have hoody, so b.o.b should check for taps in the locker room and on sideline equipment.
Outside of Cliett, so far nothing really turns my head as far as cuts....which is a good thing. And yes, Sean Jones and Adam Clanton are goddamned annoying. In fact, outside of Charlie and MAD radio, Houston sports radio as a whole is pretty much ****. Cody Stoots or whatever his name is sounds like he's 12, John Lopez tries way too hard to be the "cool" uncle, I'd say Sean Pendergast might be the most milquetoast human being on the face of the Earth if it weren't for ND Kalu, who somehow has figured out how to be boring and dull even though he played in the NFL, and Rich Lord's middle name is Douche. It's a grab-bag of Hot Takes and idiocy rolled into one. If it weren't for MAD Radio on the drive into work, and Charlie P on the drive home, I'd figure out a way to remove the AM band from my radio. Thank God for satellite radio at work.
Sean Pendergast could be worthwhile as the lead host in a team with someone. MAD radio is the only one that is always good, disappoints me that it's on in the AM. I do like Lance for football and think he and Matt have played well together. Really wish we could get Wex and Matt Jackson back.

Isn't that exactly what he is right now?? I just find him incredibly blah.....but nothing compared to Kalu. That man is afraid to leave his house after the sun goes down because nothing good happens after 6:30pm. I find it pretty funny that they have him teamed up with Greg Koch.....someone who, by all accounts, lived his life in the NFL to the fullest. Now he's an old curmudgeon, but he's like a ray of sunshine compared to Sean Jones.

It was like he got a vasectomy after they got rid of Uncle Greg, though. Now he's just as sterile as ND.

I doubt the Texans would have interest in him given that if they are going to keep 3 QB's, they'd just keep Weeden
I know we didn't have any draft picks outside the 5th round, but I find it encouraging that none of our drafted rookies came close to being cut. Even one of the UDFA's (Anderson) made the team safely. Speaks to the quality of our draft. Much better than a few years ago when we had a 3rd rounder (Montgomery) not make it out of camp.
