Colin Kaepernick protests anthem due to treatment of minorities

She wasn't talking about HER family, she was talking about the rich white family that adopted him and raised him with a life much more privileged than the one she would have been able to provide as a single mother.

She's basically trying to check his privilege.

 

She's mad because when she tried to reconnect with him in 2013 (after she found out he was a famous and very wealthy athlete) he basically told her to go to hell.

If she would have actually taken the time to raise him, then maybe Colin wouldn't have made the decisions he made and this discussion wouldn't be happening. Essentially it sounds like she's bitter that the stone she threw away has now become a cornerstone that wants nothing to do with her.

Sperm donors and incubators don't get to have opinions on their children when they couldn't even be bothered to raise them.

 

She's not mad at him, he's just a spoiled rich kid that knows nothing at all about the struggle who is making a scene and making himself look like a fool. She's just giving him a bit of a reality check. Of course, 1%er douchebag won't care, it's just a publicity stunt for him and he knows tons of complete morons will flock to his side despite his lack of authenticity or credibility.

 

It's not her place to check Colin when all she ever did for him was lay on her back twice.

Even dogs raise their children. That's more than she's ever done for him. Where was all this maternal love and advice 28 years ago when he was a defenseless child who needed it the most?

 

Someone needs to....It doesn't seem like it'll be the rich white family that adopted him.

Also, it's funny how you blame her, but not the black man who ran out on her before she had the kid. If she truly didn't love him, she could have just had him aborted like many would have done. I mean how many women who are 19 and poor would take a kid to term by themselves?

Anyway, it's just interesting what angle you are taking here and why.

 

It's quite simple.....Colin's sperm donor made to choice to not be a part of his life and has STAYED TRUE to that choice.

Colin's incubator feels it is her place to try to be a mother to him when she gave him up 28 years ago.

I don't see why the race of the sperm donor or the incubator matters....but nice job playing the race card.

My "angle" is quite clear. SPERM DONORS AND INCUBATORS HAVE NO RIGHT TO TALK ABOUT WHAT THE CHILDREN THEY DISCARDED DO!

 

Thousands of poor single women make the choice to be mother's to their children. Those that don't aren't necessarily bad people, but they need to stay in their lane..........and that lane is incubator.

 

Still a very weird take by you. I mean, don't you realize how lucky Colin is? If his mom had been black instead of white, it's incredibly likely that he'd have been aborted once his biological father bailed on them. He's even luckier that he was raised by a rich white family that allowed him to grow up to be the entitled douchebag he is today.

In fact, his mom's life would have probably been a lot easier if she had just aborted the little b*stard, so you should probably cut her some slack.

 

What does that have to do with the fact that she should leave the parental advice to Colin Kaepernick's real parents?

 

I'm sure the Kaepernick's have talk to their son, because that's what parents do. Not that this woman knows much about that....

 

I love how all the evidence of him being an ' entitled douchebag' is from the notion that he expresses his opinions and didn't stand for the anthem.

Entitled douchebags don't leave their reputation out to the slaughter house trying to voice their concern for poor black people. Even if you think his perception of how blacks are treated in this country is wrong, that's not the the actions of someone 'entitiled'.

Basically, these people decided to have all the fun making Colin and when it came time to raise him they decided they had better things to do.

Yet we are somehow supposed to feel sorry for THEM?

Yes, I believe that if you pull down your pants and or spread your legs to have fun you should raise the child that results from that decision just like I plan on doing when I have children.
