Loving me that lineup. Cole has been hittable this year so let's hope the 'Stros jump on him early.

Springer seems to be wearing down lately. Hopefully tomorrow's off day helps him get right.

He did just have a pretty good series in Baltimore. I think people will tend to view Springer as consistently struggling because he's quite streaky.

When he's on, he's awesome... when he's not on he's ice cold.

Minus a terrible June, his monthly totals have been quite consistent.

It's seems like a speedster ends up batting behind Reed, whether it's Marisnick, Hernandez or Kemp. Seeing those guys on first while Reed's on second always gives me a chuckle.

Marwin needs to get his ass back in gear. He's been pretty terrible this month.

Wasn't he 3-4 last night? Though agree, he has only hit .209 in August. Though still would prefer him at 1B than Reed (understanding the need to develop Reed into something).

Marwin ideally isn't an everyday player. He just does not hit consistently enough and provides immense value as the super utility guy coming off of the bench.

Marwin's OBP is pathetic, like worse than Reed's

    Awesome stat

On the road this season, Altuve has more 4-hit games than 0-hit games

Ridiculous call there, robbed of a strikeout

McHugh is just absolutely dreadful at putting hitters away.

.880 OPS against after going up 0-2. Just pathetic.

You knew that was gone the minute you heard ball hit bat.
