Why does Pedro always win?

Way back in the 90's, our HS football coach told us not to have sex (ie jerk off) the night before the game. He said it would drain us of our essence.

 

There was the 31 y/o gymnastics guy who was competing in his first (and likely only) Olympics that went out and got drunk the night before his competition and his country dismissed his before he even got to compete.

 

But in a strange twist she has just now qualified in pole vault and trampoline.

 

LOL, someone should make a meme.

 

So what about Pedro's canoeing performance? Did he have a competition the next day? How did he do?

 

He did ok, he was in the finals 6th.

 

It's been a strange Olympics all around for divers in Rio. Is the arena cursed?

She is immature and has done her country a disservice imo.

You just don't do what she did to her partner the night before their dive competition.

I'm not sure how she made it to these Olympics but she seems to not appreciate the opportunity to represent her country judging by her actions. I would be ashamed of her if she was from my country. I'm not sure if her agenda is to advance a modeling career or what...but Olympians are supposed to be the best from each country representing their sport in a professional manner. I bet she does not even care this story is out there. She got her attention but it's not what you would expect and is for the wrong reasons. I have a lesser opinion of Brazil because of her. Is that what she was going for?

 

It's not the sex that caused the duo's meltdown but the lack of sleep, rest and recuperation. If she had hit it with a quickie and let her teammate back in the room, I don't think they would have sucked the next day.

 

I'm not sure if they qualified or if it was because Brazil was the host nation and they got an automatic berth to participate in the event.

 

At least Lochte and company waited until their games were over to commit their egregious acts.

 

I believe the won silver at some world championship recently.
