Maybe not, but I think it does make it less sincere when you announce that you're apologizing because your wife made you do it

Or when you feel the need to remind everyone how long you've been associated with the NFL. Dudes such a blowhard, I wish Innes would've taken him to Philly.

    Great stuff on Fuller

Not great that Strong still isn't anything to write home about. We traded 3 picks for him

I've been reading a fair amount of positive things about Strong so far. BOB was impressed with his conditioning this offseason and seems like he really slimmed down. He had a decent preseason game too. I'm still optimistic about him.

Yeah I've read positive things too, but being in shape should be a given, not something to be praised

Strong could play the slot if Fuller is that much better.

I'm tired of Cecil Shorts not being healthy.

So far at joint practice with he Saints:

Clowney got dinged up, maybe poked in the eye, but is fine and back in drills.
Nick Martin walked off with a lower body injury.
Christian Covington has some kid of upper body injury.
Greg Mancz had some sort of facial injury.

    Edit: Mancz is back now.

Not a good day for health.

Supposedly our CBs are shutting down their WRs, and our WRs are doing well against their Corners. I guess Clowney looks good.

That's all I've read so far. Love me some Team Stream.

Strong outplayed Fuller on Sunday with 4 catches for 42 yards on 6 targets. Fuller is going to have to do more during the games to outseat Strong.

    Wow, nice to hear.

I think he's a lock for the team, at this point.

He never believes it is serious until the doctors confirm it.

Well, if it's not a knee, and he was walking off the field, it most likely is not serious.

Serious lower leg injuries you can walk with (off the top of my head):

Lisfranc fracture or other foot fracture
    Broken Fibula
    High Ankle sprain

No, he doesn't have to beat him in games. If OBrien specifically prevents Osweiler from throwing downfield to Fuller, that's not going to be held against Fuller.

That said, I think "#2 WR" is not a position that exists for OBrien. Different formations against different teams will have different guys at different spots.

A steal by Rick. Can't believe nobody took a chance on him in rds 5-7. Kinda glad they didn't.

JJo picks off pass from Brees. Pressure from Clowney causing Brees to get off his spot to throw. #Texans #Saints

Savage just rolls three straight passes then hits Anderson down the seam for a TD. Right over the linebacker. #Texans

    — PDS (@PatDStat) August 18, 2016

Drew Brees just jumped in the O to go against the #Texans third team D.

    — PDS (@PatDStat) August 18, 2016

    The result?;

Pettinato would have had the sack. Next pass almost picked by Dillon. Next throw? Picked by James. #Texans
