Sorry to hear that... its worked fine for me via xfinity. Hopefully, you're not still tuned into NBC... they've gone into full Phelps-watch with a running clock going in between his events. I'm sure this actually is more interesting than any other possible event right now.
Great job Simone! Sugar Land pride!! Really impressive on that last push against the Australian... These Olympics have been legendary.
That's what I thought. I thought they would make a bigger deal about her winning. Guess not. It's kind of a big deal, right?
pretty big deal, but for me, the Oleksiak chick is way more impressive. can't even imagine how good she'll be at 20 years old in Tokyo

Yeah Oleksiak came out of nowhere in each of her events, culminating in a gold tonight. At 16 years old she is going to be a huge favorite in 2020. Ledecky has legitimate competition.
only thing is Ledecky competes in more distance events than sprints, but I imagine her competing at Stanford with the likes of Manuel and Neal will only make her that much faster/better... Schooling could very well beat Phelps tomorrow...my Longhorns are putting in some amazing work in swimming!
Why the hell would Phelps retire? He's only going to 35 at the next Olympics -- why wouldn't he go for it again?
