In all seriousness OP at the very least if it was your psycho ex GF, good thing she didn't try to physically hurt you or your new GF.

 

Quite simple to get to the bottom of this. Go slash one tire of crazy ex girlfriends car. Wait til the next day. If she comes charging at you, accusing you of it, you will have found your answer sir. If not, leave some money inside her gas door, or tucked in her door handle for a new tire.

 

If it was all 4 tires, it was not random. 1 or maybe 2 could be some random punk, but not 4.

A simpler approach would be to say that he has video proof that she did it. If she calls him a liar, then she (probably) didn't do it.

Unfortunately, I was once out with friends (we were in our teens) just innocently walking through some apartment complex parking lot on the way to and from a store. All the sudden...one of the stupid friends pulls out a knife and just cuts into a few car tires for no reason at all except to exercise his big knife. It was very uncool and I wanted no part of it or him. Total douche move.

 

Dammit, there's gotta be some video editing or security company that can get something from the vid of car, or maybe I've watched to many Jason Bourne movies. Stay away from that crazy b**** man.

But at least you know the time of day/night it happened, right? Maybe you can use that information to figure out if she might have done it. If you care enough to investigate it, that is.

 

In all seriousness I'd personaly contemplate hiring a inexpensive private investigator. This would bother me to the death bed not having a clue. I looked up some info and you may be able to get a full investigation for under 1500, maybe even 500. That's a lot of money to spend, but it might be worth for piece of mind.
