You sure know a lot about him. Y'all butt buddies or what? Borderline? Still a ball. 8 seconds to toss Altuve? Bull****.
First time I've seen you say something negative on Hinch pitching decisions. haha. Hinch is just Kevin McHale. Nobody understands what he does sometimes.
Yep. Luhnow thought he'd get that draft pick when Rasmus rejected it but it all blew up in Luhnow's face. $15m for a guy hitting .211.
I said all off-season that the biggest improvement the Astros could make as a club would be to trade for Lucroy. They chose to go all in on Giles instead. And he still could have been had as late as last week. The Rangers one upped us and got Beltran as well. No wonder Altuve is frustrated.
You can whine and cry all you want little one, makes no never mind to me. Just a weak little kid taking out his real life frustrations online. Bless you.
It's all about their (Devo/Feliz) 3rd pitch going into next year. Devo has the FB/Change and Feliz has the FB/Slider devestating combo. I like Devo's curve if he can make it a real pitch. I love Feliz in the pen unless he finds a cutter or learns to take something off his slider.
I don't consider no-trade invocations luck... Teams trading for said players (like the Indians and Astros) know they're on those lists and players will always use that as leverage to get their option years picked up (which in both cases were the main reasons for the players going elsewhere). Now, if you really want to get into the nitty-gritty of the "luck"... If the Astros weren't in total rebuild/tank mode back when Hamels signed his extension (while the Rangers were in World Series), perhaps they're not on that list.
Yeah... Just seems hand-cuffed (especially in Feliz's case) to not be able to throw him out there as the first guy in any high-leverage late-inning close-game situation. After he went on that remarkable run earlier this year, you could see the purposeful holding back... .which again, I'm not totally against (don't need another Elarton situation), but just seems like they're in total limbo now.
Its crazy to me that Deikman who has Ulcerative Colitis which is a chronic colon disease ( I have it too) can play major league sports like he does & be so dominating. The disease is truly awful. Can't stand that he owns us but I have a ton of respect for him.
DI you really think he would have vetoed a trade to Houston? He went to college in Louisiana. His wife is from Louisiana. Talks about how glad he is to live in Texas. Push comes to shove I bet he would have accepted it
