[Official] Rangers @ Astros

That's exactly what I'm saying, since the Rangers weren't going to be shut out, we need to deploy professional baseball players on offense who won't screw over their own time each they step to the plate.

 

The Astros bats have been awful too

 

Combo of a slower old Moletron and a beautiful throw by Correa helped that one

 

At least the defense is saving us runs today.

 

Off of anybody...if they don't score runs they can't win games. It's pretty ****ing simple.

 

I've lost track tonight, feels like Reed has left everyone on though hah

 

And another Ranger's trade acquisition is in to shut down the Astros lineup.

The way the Stros needed to win this game was to punish Lucas Harrell. He sucks. Rangers lineup is way too good to try and win a low scoring game.

 

No wow about that one, pretty standard strike there.

 

Losing Valbuena + Marwin + Gomez (still being awful) + Rasmus (still being awful) just kills the overall plan of the offense for this year.

I know Luhnow didn't want to give up what the Rangers gave up for Beltran/Lucroy... But they're adding solid/pro guys to an already solid/pro lineup. The Astros are replacing their pro (and former pro) guys with guys who have never done it before.

Huge difference... That being said, Bregman is going to figure it out and be a difference maker before its all said and done.

 

Jeebus, I don't know who this Jeffries guy is, but if he's going to throw a fastball, a curve and a change all on the outside black, we're ****ed.
