I've already stated and acknowledge that. That really big deal but did saying anything else? Oh give me break. Stop spreading misinformation. People that do that are the worse. He didn't belittles anyone's loss. He basically replied to what Khan said which was "Trump didn't make any sacrifice" and Trump said he did. You call that an attack?
Well - I think guys like RL will say the election is rigged (just like Trump) and the drama will never stop. I do think the American people are growing tired of his antics.
On the internet does it matter? Like Texx he's just tossing softballs for you to hit out of the park anyway. It is funny that the vortex of hype has ramped this election up to en existential matter, " YOUR COUNTRY IS AT STAKE!".... not really, 350 million people with trillions of dollars in national wealth and the world's largest military will roll along just fine. Congress isn't changing it's dynamic, the Supreme Court only makes incremental rulings, the overall economic climate is fairly stable, there are no real World Wars on the horizon, we're pretty pretty pretty OK.
The latter I disagree with. The President has significant impact on what happens. I mean do you think history is the same if we elected Al Gore instead of Bush? I'm not saying if it would be better or worse...just different. Given some things Trump has said about NATO and his foreign policy I see a situation where bad things happen. Conceding allies and breaking treaties usually doesn't end well historically.
I do not believe Trump would actually START World War 3. I do think there is a chance, based on his stated positions and beliefs, that his inaction in some areas and action in others could start the dominoes that lead to World War 3. 1) Russian aggression: I could easily see a scenario where Russian aggression along their Western front is ramped up because they believe Trump won't act. Assuming he doesn't act, success there only fuels the Russian appetite. War and conquest are good economic stimulators. 2) Chinese trade war: If he is serious about his Chinese trade war positions, he could push China into economic lash out mode which would be be incredibly problematic for the global economy. The global economy suffering with an unstable leader in the US could easily light a spark somewhere that creates armed conflict. 3) Middle East: Depending on which of his positions he actually tried to follow through with in the Middle East, it's not hard to imagine that situation spiraling even further out of control, including an accidental shootout with Russia in Syria.
Has anyone seen the suggestion made by Trump surrogates on both CNN and Fox that the Khan son was killed because of Obama/Clinton changing the "rules of engagement" that forced their son to walk towards that car instead of having a heavy duty mounted weapon to take it out? It's been made by that Kristina Pierson woman and some military advisor to Trump on Fox. Here's the catch: Captain Khan died in 2004 while Bush was still president.
Good lord. The Trump people are THAT stupid? Have they no shame? No brain? No shame AND no brain? More to the point, how do they get any news coverage? The Trump campaign has become an incredibly long running bad joke, and the "joke" is on the American people. Meanwhile, lunatics like "RocketsLegend" (boy, that's another joke altogether) continue to carry water for Donald Trump, seemingly oblivious to just how foolish they look. I've seen a hell of a lot of presidential campaigns, and after a while, it's tempting to declare, "Hell, I've seen everything," but I've never seen a campaign as bizarre as this one, nor a candidate as bizarre as Donald Trump.
It's pretty painful to watch. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/mFPTtCDLNcg" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
