Trump lost it. He was riding high after his convention. Then the Dem convention came out, and they were more patriotic, had more military, more law enforcement, and it was better organized. Plus Bloomberg stung him deep. It didn't exactly sink in right away, but once the press started talking about the great speeches from the Democratic convention, he started losing it, like the spoiled little whiner he is. He was so sure that he would be the best because that's how he thinks. Then when it turned out that he wasn't, he lost it. He fired some folks from his staff, he lashed out at the Kahn family, exposed his lack of knowledge yet again, and with the spotlight being even brighter than it was during the primary, his mistakes cost him. His staff has to be tired of trying to reign him in, because it never really happens. So eventually they stop trying. Who knows maybe the ship will right itself, but right now, they are flailing around and in real danger of sinking.
I wonder if any major party candidate for president has ever just given up and gone home a few months before the election. As it stands, Trump will be extremely lucky to manage 40% of the vote.
The staff of Trump's campaign manager are suicidal because he's not challenging Trump anymore? The staff... are suicidal? Smgdh. They need to get a real job.
It's crazy. In Trump's mind, he had a good day, because he used Ryan's own words against him while not endorsing Ryan, and McCain. He's very tickled with himself. The only thing, is that none of that helps him win an election.
I think it will be much closer mainly because Shrillary is just so dang bad but I would not be surprised at all to see her win. It will be sad because it will be the end of this country as we know it as she appoints a pantywate liberal judge who will vote with the other SCOTUS liberals to strip away the Constitution. It will be the end of this country.
As John Wooden said "Never confuse activity with achievement." This is what basketball coaches call "fake hustle."
Yeah, the only candidate that could possibly give Trump a chance, is Hillary. But at the same time, the only candidate that could give Hillary a chance is Trump. So far Hillary seems more able to capitalize on that chance than Trump.
I think it could be worse than that even. Trump pretty much killed the Republican party, and they deserve it for nominating him.
FB, this country is sitting on the edge right now. While I respect you, I know you are a socialist. Once we tip over the edge, the revolution socialist want so badly will happen. I know you supported Bernie but what you want so bad may happen faster with Hillary. Your side is winning right now even if America as we know it is losing. I will however put my faith in the Lord as I know America has to fall because it is not mentioned in Biblical Prophecy.
If the Republicans didn't want the Democrats to take complete control yet again then they wouldn't have let Trump take over their party. They asked for this and they are getting what they deserve.
Well what I want isn't likely to happen with Hillary. She has very little to do with what I want. There are checks and balances in this system. There are three branches to the government. If Trump's stench keeps voters away enough that Dems take all the branches of the government change may be at a worm's pace instead of a snail's pace. But it won't be faster than that.
Eh, this is overblown. Generic Democratic nominee this year would not have gotten the Bernie Bros vote either. It's not like they just hate Hilary. They hate the "establishment" which is the DNC. And if you flip it and have Bernie Sanders, I'm pretty sure the whole red scare line of attack would work even better against him. It's been shown voters these days vote along party lines more than ever before. Party before nominee.
If she wins you will have the POTUS and the SCOTUS and an argument can be made for complete control given the current Republicans being spineless. Heck, have the Republicans in congress done anything other than provide lip service while letting Obama have everything he wants. Your side is on a much faster track than you think. Don't burden yourself with the lip service Republicans provide rather the actions which have rubber stamped everything Obama wanted.
Lol....I bet you were saying this each time Obama got elected. Yet here we are 8 years later and America is as awesome as ever. Calm down.
I don't know about that, Hillary is an especially poor candidate and IMO that's the only reason the Bernie Bros managed to get as much attention as they did. With a good candidate running, they win every state in the primary.
