Giles as the set up man to finish out the year.

 

Seems like Giles is turning the corner. Earlier in the season that inning would have ballooned out of control. The team needs to score more runs for this to be comfortable going into the 9th.

Giles knows Harris has been struggling. He was just strategically setting up Will for the 5, 6, and 7 hitters in the 9th.

 

Wonder if there's any chance Gregerson gets the close?

 

Nevermind, just announced Harris is warming up. If he blows this...

 

Love his intensity and he's been pitching much better. Yet he doesn't pitch a clean inning too often. I would like to see more 1-2-3 innings from him. His stuff is good enough.

Agree with this. Let's see what happens going forward--I would still be fine (given that issue) if they moved him to closer now

If harris blows this i think hinch goes with giles next game in the closer role. Im thinking he should've done it already. Lets go harris!

 

As I figured, Hinch marching Harris back out there. We'll see how this goes.
