    But the s*** truly hit the fan when the winner's old tweets were unearthed.

    FWIW, she was 14 at the time and I don't believe she is racist. However, there is definitely something wrong with the casual use of such a hateful word.

    Meh, we have a president who used to casually use the same word when he was growing up. I don't see a reason to freak out about it unless there is some evidence she actually did something wrong or is legitimately racist.

    I swear people just try to their best to be upset about everything now a days, isn't it a bit tiring.

    All the effort to dig up old tweets from when she was a 14 year old, because she won a teen pageant that's about looking like a real life barbie doll. Time and outrage should really be saved for something much more meaningful than this my *****s
